Vinyasa flow with Voice warmup

Yoga poses used in the session are focused on Psoas muscle release (hips/core), where we “store” our emotions. The session’s aim is not only to relieve stress but also having fun with the simple use of your senses.

Voice warmup:

Breathing – air pressure control

Lip Trill – good connection of breath and sound. Balance of breath to vocal folds closure

Slides – gentle stretch of the vocal folds through register changes

M + Vowels – forward vocal placement
