Vinyasa Yoga & Voice Warmup will help you to find more ease in using your voice and body.

The sessions include four main elements of voice warmup:

Breathing – air pressure control

Lip Trill – good connection of breath and sound. Balance of breath to vocal folds closure

Slides – gentle stretch of the vocal folds through register changes

M + Vowels – forward vocal placement

One-to-one/group session with Mia Raz, an Avant-Pop singer-songwriter, and yogi.

Yoga poses used in the session are focused on Psoas muscle release (hips/core), where we “store” our emotions. Vocal exercises between the yoga sequences will help you to find an effortless way of using your voice. The session’s aim is not only to relieve stress. It is also about having fun with the simple use of your senses.
