This one on one class is focused on your emotional balance as the starting point for everything and anything you do in life. The session is a playful combo of Somatic Therapy, Yoga, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. 

After identifying your emotional and bodily tensions that obstruct the expression of your intrinsic equilibrium, Mia, the teacher, will carefully select breath, voice and physical exercises that will work directly on what limits your full potential.

Trained in both, physical and mental health as well as in Performing Arts (City, University of London, ArtsED, Harvard University), Mia is experienced in working with clients experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, depression, emotion imbalance, including hormonal rollercoaster related to female menstrual cycle. Mia has a special interest in the impact of low self-esteem on people‘s personal and professional relationships. Her music-visual project ‘Love Story‘ is an invitation to remove our insecurities that obstruct our intrinsic equilibrium. 

This session has a special focus on the Psoas muscle, the centre of your body and emotions as well as your voice. 

It is suitable for all levels of self-study and physical fitness.  

The sessions aim is not only to relieve stress but also having fun with the simple use of your senses.
