Gentle Yoga poses will be enhanced by cardiovascular and pilates exercises, that improve circulation, strengthen the heart, lungs and blood vessels. Cardiovascular conditioning builds endurance and strength for the heart muscle, whether a person is well or recovering from a disease or injury. Breath work and yoga poses will prioritise staying present and in the moment, improving attention and listening skills, which are essential for successful business and everyday relationships. The class is suitable for all fitness levels.
