Instead of lifting weights at the gym, you will discover low-impact exercises and poses based on Pilates, Aerobics, and Yoga. Yoga sequences will be enhanced by breath and voice exercises to release muscle tension, cloudy thoughts – making room for more of life‘s joy. This class has a special focus on strengthening your core, the centre of your body and emotions. Balancing asanas will prioritise staying present and in the moment, improving attention and listening skills, which are essential for successful business and everyday relationships. 

Vinyāsa is a creative form of Yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyāsa is the variety. 

The class is carefully adjusted to the your needs, including the level and intensity of the poses.
